As our name implies, we work as a team, constantly bouncing tenant leads back and forth between us increasing your exposure.

Our marketing involves a variety of venues and tools - at no additional cost to you. More importantly, our efforts include tailored interaction with qualified clients actively seeking fantastic rentals, as well as networking with local sales agents and Marin Relocation agents to ensure your property gets the exposure it deserves.

Our ties to the national and international relocation industry enable us to often successfully rent many properties without even coming to market.

We can market your home or condo in any manner you like: furnished, unfurnished, short term executive rental or long term traditional rental. Services include all the marketing, showing, qualification/negotiation and document preparation involved in leasing a quality single family home or condo.

Our tenant screening services include:

  • credit checks
  • employment/income verification
  • landlord references
  • eviction screening

The full service marketing plan for our clients includes:

  • an individual website and domain name for your property with a Virtual Tour
  • a featured listing on our Marin website which receives hundreds of hits per week
  • publishing your property on the local MLS and offering a commission to other agents who may have clients
  • "For Rent" signage at your property if desired
  • postings on multiple online venues such as realtor.com, craigslist.org, greathomes.org and many more

We get a lot of questions about our listing fees. If we don't rent your property, you pay us nothing. If we do, expect to pay:

6% of the contract
with a
50% of one month minimum
